I will dominate 'credible boxer' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout contest which will be broadcast live on Netflix.

Briton Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the two fighters met personally to build hype for the upcoming heavyweight fight.

Former two time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami venue on December 19th.

Boxer's Mindset

"I plan to break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I will really want to injure him. That's my goal."

Civil Exchange

In spite of such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.

Jake Paul instead criticized former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.

Taking Aim at Tyson Fury

Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.

"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.

"I give him credit for that."

Serious Opponent

In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.

"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.

Paul's Background

Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since becoming pro.

He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.

Financial Success

Nevertheless, the novice remains one of the sport's largest commercial attractions, regularly earning substantial financial rewards.

Forecast and Confidence

The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and claimed he would derail the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly in the works for two years from now.

"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.

Size Difference

As Joshua and Paul engaged in the usual face-off, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it emphasized just how surprising this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the match is truly happening.
